How do I create my first note?
From the dashboard, tap Create, then pick a source — a topic to write about, a PDF or document to upload, a YouTube link, or an audio recording. NoteSparkAI turns it into structured notes you can edit, then generate flashcards and a quiz from.
What can I turn into notes?
Topics you type, PDFs and Office documents, photos of handwritten or printed pages, YouTube lectures, and audio recordings. Free accounts can transcribe up to 15 minutes of audio; Pro raises that to two hours.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — the free plan is genuinely useful and free forever, not a trial. Pro unlocks higher limits and longer audio. Compare them on the pricing page.
How do I reset my password?
Go to the forgot-password page, enter your email, and we'll send a branded reset link. Open it to choose a new password. If it doesn't arrive in a few minutes, check spam or try again.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Open Settings → Plan & billing in the dashboard. Web subscriptions open a billing portal where you can update payment or cancel; mobile subscriptions are managed in your App Store or Google Play account.
Are my notes used to train AI models?
