Accepting these terms
By creating a NoteSparkAI account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Use a strong password, don't share credentials, and enable 2FA. Tell us at security@notesparkai.com if you suspect a breach.
You must be 13 or older. If you're in the EU, 16 or older — or have parental consent.
Your content
You own everything you create or upload. You grant us a license to host and display your content so we can run the service for you. That's it.
You're responsible for having the right to upload what you upload. Don't upload someone else's textbook PDF unless you have permission.
Acceptable use
Don't use NoteSparkAI to:
- Cheat on graded work where AI use is prohibited
- Generate harmful, illegal, or harassing content
- Reverse engineer the service or scrape it at scale
- Resell access or share accounts
- Bypass rate limits or abuse the free tier
AI outputs
AI-generated content can be wrong. We try hard to ground responses in your notes, but always verify before relying on output for high-stakes work (exams, papers, medical decisions).
You're responsible for how you use AI outputs. Check your school's policy on AI tools before using them for graded work.
Plans & payments
Free is free. Pro is paid. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime in Settings — you keep access until the period ends. Refunds within 14 days, no questions.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms — we'll tell you why and give you a chance to export your data first, except in cases of clear abuse.
Warranties
The service is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it'll be perfect or always available. Don't store irreplaceable data only on NoteSparkAI — keep backups.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you're on the free tier.
Governing law
Delaware, USA. Disputes resolved in Wilmington courts unless you're an EU consumer, in which case your local consumer protection rules apply.
